Schaefer Farm Events was founded with the goal of providing wedding packages that fit every budget and style without losing modern amenities! We do have real indoor bathrooms! We do not require you to use specific vendors, which allows you flexibility in your expenditures! Choose the add-ons that are important to you from our additional selections menu!
MICRO: Our most inexpensive package is our micro–Pop-Up Wedding, which is designed as an intimate event with up to 32 guests, price range of $1000 - $1800.
SILVER: This package is designed for up to 120 guests and is priced $2000 - $3200 depending on the day of the week that you select. We do accommodate weekday and weekend weddings which allows the flexibility on your cost. Any optional selections can be added to this package.
PREMIER: Our premier package ranges from $2700 - $3900 which includes a day of coordinator to take the stress off you for the day! The bridal suite and 3-hour rehearsal are included as part of this package. Any additional options can be added to this package.

If necessary, the ceremony can be moved under the tent.
You will be given access to the event beginning at 11 am and will have access until 10:30 pm. DJ must be done playing by 9:45 pm on Friday and Saturday's and 9pm during the week and Sunday's.
Included is a one-hour rehearsal that can be done the night before, or scheduled during a time that works for your wedding party.
If you would like a three-hour rehearsal so that you can conclude with a meal, there is a small fee.
We have a bar that is available for use, however a licensed and insured bartender is mandatory.
The ceremony will be held at Schaefer Farms, Burbank Ohio, in a scenic wooded area. There will be a private tent for your party following the ceremony with Farmhouse Tables and seating.
You are welcome to bring your own caterer, we can help coordinate the setup. Should you choose to bring your own food, that's okay too!
You are able to bring up to 150 guests.
Yes, our wedding officiant can work with you to help guide you through this simple process. You must obtain your license 30 days prior to wedding.

Yes, you can purchase event insurance through many locations, below is a link to one that we have found easy to navigate. Insurance must be purchased, and we must receive a copy of the policy 7 days prior to the event.

Our Pop Up Wedding event takes the planning off of you! Enjoy the intimacy of an elopement with all of the beauty of a traditional wedding!

Instead of going to the courthouse or running away to elope because the cost of having a wedding is too much, this is the perfect fit for you!
You will first have an intimate ceremony in the scenic wooded area with your friends and family, then you will enjoy your celebration under a tent overlooking a field and wood line. You will have the opportunity to create all of the traditional wedding memories including first dance and cake cutting.

Yes, there is a $1000 non-refundable deposit, balance is due 90 days prior to the celebration.
Included is the venue for the ceremony: all outdoor stump bench and pew style seating for the ceremony, tent with farmhouse tables/chairs, seasonal centerpieces on each table, dessert table, food table and farmhouse decor.
We will have traditional wedding music playing in the tent and water is included.
You will be responsible for bringing any drinks, desserts and food for your guests.
Yard games will be available for all guests in the courtyard.
3 hours will be allocated for each couple. This includes the ceremony and celebration following the ceremony. A one-hour rehearsal is included and must be scheduled in advance.
Due to the short timeframe, there will be no bartender at POP UP events!
