You will be given access to the event beginning at 11 am and will have access until 10:30. DJ must be done playing by 10 pm.
We have a bar that is available for use, however a licensed bartender is mandatory.
The ceremony will be held at Schaefer Farms, Burbank Ohio, in a scenic wooded area. There will be a private tent for your party following the ceremony with Farmhouse Tables and seating.
You are welcome to bring your own caterer, we can help coordinate the setup. If you would prefer, you are welcome to use our BBQ area or have a pot luck. It's your day, you decide which is best for you!

You will first have an intimate ceremony in the scenic wooded area with your friends and family, then you will enjoy your celebration under a tent overlooking a field and wood line. You will have the opportunity to create all of the traditional wedding memories including first dance and cake cutting.

Yes, there is a $1000 non-refundable deposit, balance is due 90 days prior to the celebration.
Included is the venue for the ceremony: all outdoor stump bench and pew style seating for the ceremony, tent with farmhouse tables/chairs, seasonal centerpieces on each table, dessert table, food table and farmhouse decor.
We will have traditional wedding music playing in the tent and water is included.
You will be responsible for bringing any drinks, desserts and food for your guests.
Yard games will be available for all guests in the courtyard.
3 hours will be allocated for each couple. This includes the ceremony and celebration following the ceremony.
Due to the short timeframe, there will be no bartender at POP UP events!
