50 rocks for guest rock painting to create a memorable guest "book" that you can forever display your family and friends love everywhere your life adventure takes you! The rocks are placed in a galvanized tin. Additional rocks are $20 per 25.
Tick Tack Toe, Tabletop Checkers, Jenga, Toddler Bowling are displayed for your guests to use in the courtyard.
All packages include a 1-hour rehearsal that is held in the ceremony area. The optional 3-hour rehearsal allows more time on site for those that would like to spend additional time with their friends and family prior to the big day. (This must be booked in advance to ensure your first selection of date/time are available)
Designated person for the day of to set up the tables and display items that you provide. In addition, assist with any restocking of items as needed (dessert table, snack table, etc). This person will also help to coordinate any other vendors as they arrive to the event. Lastly, this person will help to keep the event on track with the timetable you designate.
Designated person that will assist you with planning from start to finish including assisting in the coordination of flowers, catering, entertainment and timeline for the event. In addition, upon arrival, this person will also assist with keeping the event on the timeline, finalize display items, centerpiece setups, dessert and snack displays that you provide or select from our showroom.
